To avoid a no-show, there is a non-refundable deposit required to make an appt. The amount depends on the service which you can see on the booking page. It’s non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance will due when you come for your appointment.
Cancelations, No Show
When cancelling, the deposit is non-refundable so we recommend to reschedule your appointment.
For a no-show, you will lose your deposit. You need to make another deposit to be able to make another appointment.
Please reschedule at least 48 hours before appointment. You will lose the deposit when rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment.
We work by appointment back to back. There is a 15-minute late grace period. If you come after 15 minutes, we will not be able to see you and your deposit will be paid for our time. You will need to make another deposit to be able to make another appointment.
